My Trusted Peptide & Longevity Resource
I’ve partnered with a small number of companies that I believe offer strong options depending on someone’s goals, comfort level, and need for support. Some people prefer prescription-based care with licensed medical oversight. Others are simply looking for educational resources or research-use options from companies that prioritize transparency and testing.

This page is here to help you understand the differences so you can make a more informed decision.

Not sure where to start?
If you want medical oversight, start with telehealth providers.
If you are already experienced with peptides and comfortable reviewing product testing, you may prefer research suppliers.
Telehealth Peptide Providers
(Prescription-based care with medical oversight)
For people who are newer to peptides — or anyone who prefers medical oversight — telehealth platforms can be a great place to start.

These companies work with licensed clinicians who review your health history and determine whether certain therapies may be appropriate for you. In many cases they also provide ongoing guidance, dosing protocols, and access to prescription-based compounds that are produced through regulated compounding pharmacies.

This option tends to be more expensive, but many people appreciate the added layer of clinical oversight and the ability to ask questions about their personal health history.

I often recommend telehealth platforms for people who:
• are new to peptides
• have complex medical histories
• are taking prescription medications
• prefer working with a clinician

Research Peptide Companies (RUO)
(Research-Use-Only suppliers)
Another option some people choose is purchasing peptides from companies that sell products labeled for research use only (RUO).

These companies typically provide detailed product testing such as third-party verification, purity analysis, and batch documentation. Because these products are sold for laboratory research purposes rather than through medical clinics, they are often significantly less expensive than prescription-based options.

Many experienced peptide users are comfortable with this route as long as the company provides strong transparency around testing and quality control.

This option may appeal more to individuals who:
• already have experience with peptides
• prefer to review testing documentation themselves
• are comfortable researching protocols independently
• are looking for lower-cost options

Two research companies I have personally vetted for transparency and documentation are listed below.
